The rules for using LobbyDuo, buying credit packs and generating rap duo videos

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LobbyDuo. By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LobbyDuo takes two photos you provide and generates a short AI rap duo video in the orange-studio "hotel lobby" style, with an AI-written rap and an AI-generated soundtrack. You choose a template, an orientation, a duration and a resolution tier. Ready videos are stored in your library so you can watch, download or delete them.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits or generate a video.
You need an account to buy credits and generate videos. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may reject a topic, refuse a generation, or suspend an account that violates these rules. Rejected topics are not charged: if a request is blocked before generation starts, the credits are not spent (or are restored).
Lyrics, music and video are produced by third-party AI models. Output is synthetic, probabilistic and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You must not present generated videos as real footage of real people, and you must not use them to mislead, defame or impersonate anyone. If you share a video, make it clear that it was AI-generated.
You keep ownership of your photos and of the videos you generate, subject to the rights of the underlying providers. To operate the service we need your permission to store, reproduce and serve the generated video you keep in your library. We do not use your photos to train models.
Finished videos are stored in our object storage (Cloudflare R2) and are visible in My videos. You can delete any video at any time, or delete your account from the settings page; deleting a video removes the stored file. We may delete content that violates these Terms or the law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Generation depends on third-party providers and can fail, time out or be rate limited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, unused credits are not refundable except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LobbyDuo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated output will be accurate, original, or free of third-party claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LobbyDuo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
LobbyDuo is an independent product. Not affiliated with Migos, Quavo, Takeoff or A COLORS SHOW. References to formats, trends, artists or platforms in our content are descriptive only — for example "the format popularised by …" — and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or partnership. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and we will restore or forfeit credits only as described above or as the law requires.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
