Birthday Rap Video
Two faces, one mic, one birthday shout-out the group chat will replay.
Make a birthday rap video for a friend, a partner or a sibling who just turned another year older. Upload a photo of the birthday person and one of you, record a short happy-birthday verse, and LobbyDuo puts you both on an orange-lit party stage rapping it together. It is ready in about five to ten minutes. Everyone pictured must be over 18, so this is for grown-up birthdays.
Rap happy birthday instead of texting it
A birthday text gets a heart reaction. A birthday rap video gets replayed. Put the birthday person on stage next to you, with an orange-lit ballroom behind you and one microphone between you, and the joke lands before anyone hears a word. You can switch to the orange studio, the 1970s TV set or the beach for the same price. The video is short on purpose: one hook, one shout-out, fifteen seconds at most.
Record the birthday verse
The default rap is the same original track on every stage and doesn’t mention birthdays, so for a real birthday rap, record your own lines. Two to four short lines is enough: their name, their age if they won’t mind, one inside joke and a happy birthday at the end. Record it on your phone, keep it between 2 and 15 seconds and upload it as MP3 or WAV up to 3 MB. Singing works too. Only use audio you have the rights to, so skip the radio hit and keep it in your own voice.
How to make a birthday rap video in three steps
Step one: upload a clear, front-facing photo of the birthday person and one of yourself or another friend. Step two: keep the party stage or pick another, upload your birthday verse, and choose vertical 9:16 for stories and TikTok or horizontal 16:9, at 5, 10 or 15 seconds. Step three: confirm the credits and generate. Download the MP4 and post it, or send the share link straight to them at midnight.
Birthday rap ideas
Thirty and still the last one to leave the party. The friend who plans everyone else’s birthday and finally gets one of their own. A coworker’s shout-out from the whole team. A sibling roast with a soft ending. A birthday from far away, made from two photos because you can’t be there in person.
Before you post it
Ask before you put someone’s face in a video, and only use photos you have permission to use. Everyone pictured must be over 18 and photos of children are never allowed, so this is not for a kid’s party. Photos are deleted from our video provider within 24 hours and never stored on our servers. If a render fails, the credits come back automatically.

Birthday Rap Video FAQ
Does it rap happy birthday by itself?
No. The default track is a general rap, the same on every stage. For a birthday rap, record your own verse and upload it as a 2–15 second MP3 or WAV clip.
Can I make a birthday rap video for my kid?
No. Everyone pictured must be over 18, and photos of children are never allowed. It’s made for adult friends, partners and family.
Can I use a famous birthday song?
Only upload audio you have the rights to use. Recording your own verse in your own voice is the safe choice, and usually the funnier one.
How fast can I make one?
Most videos are ready in about five to ten minutes, so you can still make one on the day.
Which stage looks most like a party?
The orange gala ballroom is the default here. The 1970s TV set works for a talk-show style shout-out. Every stage costs the same.
How much does one rap duo video cost?
One 15-second video at Standard 2K costs 50 credits — the $9.99 pack. A 5-second cut costs 20 credits and a 10-second cut 35, and the lighter 768p quality costs 10, 15 and 20 for 5, 10 and 15 seconds. Every option is priced by duration and quality, and the pricing table lists the exact credits for each one currently offered.
